Most orders ship same day if order is placed before 1:00pm cst or next business day based on conditions.
*Processing Time vs. Shipping Time:
Processing Time can be 1-3 business days excluding Holidays - with certain conditions such as weather, carrier pick-up, etc. Shipping Time is the transit time to reach you from the carrier location.
NO PO BOXES. Please provide physical address for delivery.
Tracking will be sent with each order to the method you chose at checkout.
**NO REFUNDS ON any Creative Branding Products / All Sublimation Blank Products**
ALL Sublimation Blank items are non refundable.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days in new/unused condition for refunds. Only on select collections that are not creative branding products/sublimation blanks.
- Restocking US Fee is 20% (due to postal return to sender)
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with any issues.
**Once your package has been shipped and received by USPS, FedEx or UPS It is now the responsibility of the carrier.
Avenue 75 Products, Services & Design is NOT responsible for lost items or delivery delays that may occur with the carrier. It is your responsibility to make sure all orders are shipped to a secure address; and If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier Avenue 75 Products, Services & Design is no longer liable. If problems do occur regarding receiving your package(s) its best to contact the shipping carrier directly to provide you with the best details of your shipment; to track the progress of your package and/or place a claim for lost packages.
