When Sublimating, if applicable please remove protective film before using. Temperature can be set at 385F for approx. 60 seconds with pressure at light to medium.   **These recommended settings can be adjusted as needed for the best results or setting variations based upon the heat press brand/model, the ink and/or paper is used.
